Embracing “The Punjab Challenge,” our mission at 3rdi is to redefine the narrative surrounding the Punjabi youth. While tremendous progress has been made, there remains untapped potential within the Punjabi community at large to make even greater contributions to the development of Punjab as a hotpot of technology, culture and sport. We aim to showcase promising initiatives that provide meaningful opportunities to the youth – be it through entrepreneurship fostering local development, creative outlets rooted in our culture, or platforms to apply their skills in service of society. The possibilities are endless when we expand our aspirations. Punjab once trailblazed progress, but complex alignments have since hampered our dynamism. Still, resilient optimism lives on in the youth now exploring their creativity, in arcane innovation hubs nurturing ideas, in magical cultural touchpoints inspiring art and fashion. By coming together around this pioneering promise that Punjab has always been, coordinated efforts can help dreamers and doers’ script a powerful next chapter. 

Amidst these challenges, 3rdi stands as a beacon of empowerment, aiming to inspire a realization within the Punjabi youth. We believe in creating our own opportunities, harnessing the spirit of self-reliance and resilience that defines our people. The Punjab Challenge, for us, is an opportunity to break free from conventional norms, challenging the status quo and steering the trajectory of growth for our Punjabi brethren.
